🛍️ How does UGLY DRIP work?
Every item we sell is made to order. That means once you check out, we print your drip fresh — no dusty stockrooms, no wasted inventory. Limited drops, seasonal designs, and collectible tees only.
📦 When will my order ship?
We typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill your order. After that, shipping times vary:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- European orders: 7-14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

📏 How do I know what size to get?
Each product has a size chart code at the bottom of its description. We recommend checking the size chart on our sidebar to find your best fit. Since all shirts are made custom, we cannot accept exchanges for sizing issues.
🚨 What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because all shirts are printed to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for size mistakes. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order.
❌ My shirt arrived damaged or misprinted — now what?
We got you. If your item is misprinted, damaged, or clearly not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it:
- Include your order number
- Attach photos of the issue
- Add a short description
We’ll get a replacement sent out free of charge.
💸 Do you offer returns or refunds?
Only if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Since everything is made to order, we don’t offer returns for sizing errors or buyer’s remorse. Thanks for understanding!

🧼 How should I care for my shirt?
Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or air dry to keep your drip crisp. Do not iron directly on the design.
💎 What’s with the “rarity levels”?
Some UGLY DRIP designs are labeled Rare, Epic, or Legendary — that means they’re limited edition and won’t be restocked. Once they’re gone, that’s it. Collect what you can while it’s live.
